AXS is the ticketing provider for the Key West Theater

AXS Mobile ID
AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online or in the AXS mobile app and is the preferred admission method for the venue. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID and manage your tickets digitally. AXS Mobile ID gives you the ability to transfer, sell and buy seats through an official marketplace endorsed by the venue.

Refunds/Exchanges/Upgrades
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. The ticket purchaser is solely responsible for the tickets purchased. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

Secondary Tickets
The Key West Theater does not endorse using any secondary ticketing sources. Our Box Offices can not resolve any issues involving them, such as lost tickets or bogus tickets. Tickets for all of our shows are sold through AXS or in person at the Box Offices at the Key West Theater. Tickets are sometimes available through fan club sites as pre-sales or special VIP packages. Rams Head Presents has the right to cancel ticket transactions that are suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling.*Please be sure when purchasing online that you are purchasing through the venues verified ticketing service and/or website.
