Tickets and Third-Party Ticketing
Tickets for Key West Theater events may be sold through third-party ticketing providers, including AXS. Ticket purchases are also subject to the ticketing provider’s terms, privacy policy, purchase agreement, and event-specific conditions.
The Key West Theater does not recommend purchasing tickets from unauthorized third-party resellers and cannot verify tickets or resolve disputes involving unauthorized sellers. Admission may be denied if a ticket is counterfeit, duplicated, invalid, revoked, or obtained in violation of applicable ticketing terms.
Sales, Refunds, and Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated for a particular event, all ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available except when an event is cancelled or postponed and a refund is authorized under the applicable event or ticketing-provider policy.
Service fees, delivery fees, processing charges, and other transaction fees may be nonrefundable. Refund eligibility, timing, and method may be determined by the ticketing provider and the terms applicable to the purchase.
Admission and Venue Policies
Admission is subject to the policies of the Key West Theater and any event-specific requirements. The theater reserves the right to deny admission or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, threatening, intoxicated, or otherwise interferes with the event or the experience of other guests.
Guests must comply with instructions from theater staff and security personnel. Prohibited items, age restrictions, bag policies, photography rules, re-entry policies, and other requirements may vary by event.
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Pets are not permitted, except for service animals as provided by applicable law.
Accessible Seating and Accommodations
Accessible seating is available for Key West Theater performances. Guests who need accessible seating or another reasonable accommodation may select accessible seating when available online or contact the box office at (305) 985-0433.
We encourage guests to contact us as early as possible so we can make reasonable efforts to accommodate individual needs.
Photography and Recording
Photography, audio recording, and video recording policies vary by event and may be determined by the performer or event producer. Guests must follow all posted policies and instructions from theater staff.
Unauthorized professional photography, recording, reproduction, livestreaming, or distribution of a performance is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
The text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, videos, and other materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to the Key West Theater and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing on this website grants permission to use the Key West Theater’s name, trademarks, logos, photographs, or other protected materials without prior written authorization.
Donations and Memberships
Donations and membership payments may be processed through third-party service providers. Donations are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or otherwise approved by the Key West Theater.
Membership benefits, recognition, ticket privileges, and other offerings are subject to availability and the terms provided at the time of enrollment. Benefits may not be transferred unless expressly permitted.
